Party Planning Guide

Parties are considered 5 or more guest receiving 2 or more services each and will receive a 15% discount per service. You can choose any services from our full menu of services.

A party is not complete without hors d’oeuvres or spa cuisine. We can cater in lunch, dinner, or party trays for a nominal fee (Prices vary depending on selection). Want to bring your own appetizers or cuisine? We provide platters, silverware, plates, and glasses. Cold teas, gourmet hot teas, water, or 2 glasses of wine are complimentary.

Let us make the planning of your party or event stress free by coordinating all the details. We can send email invitations and reminders, make and confirm appointments, and provide itineraries for each guest.

The policies for all parties and events are listed below:

• A credit card number(s) is required to secure all appointments.
• We recommend scheduling at least 4 weeks in advance if possible. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required 2 weeks prior to event.
• All event and party booking must be finalized no later than two weeks prior to scheduled event. A cancellation of appointment(s) within the 2 weeks of event, will incur a 25% fee per service. If service(s) is cancelled within 72 hours of event or no shows, the full service price will be charged.
• All guests must arrive 20-30 minutes prior to their start time.
