Reservations

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your appointment at the conclusion of your last experience or with as much advance notice as possible. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest; therefore a credit card or gift card is required to guarantee your reservation. All spa experiences are subject to availability.

Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling

As a courtesy you will receive a confirmation of your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule a reservation, a 24 hour advance notice is required. A 48 hour advance notice is required for any spa packages or multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.

Spa Arrivals

To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Delayed arrival will limit time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers, and beverages are provided for your comfort. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs/conditions, i.e. Pregnancies, Sensitivities, or Aggressive Medications, they need to consider prior to your services. We recommend all valuable items be left at home. Elite Day Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Spa Requirements

We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. All cell phones or pagers must be turned to silent or vibrate in order to not disturb other guests of the spa. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Spa Payments And Gratuity

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, checks (with proper ID), most major credit cards, and Elite Day Spa gift cards. There will be a $35 fee each time a check is returned, as well as, any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of our guests. Discrete gratuity envelopes are provided upon check out. Menu services and prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards

Elite Day Spa gift cards contain value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. Gift cards CANNOT be used toward the purchase of other gift cards. All Elite Day Spa gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. The card MUST be presented at time of redemption and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Any unused balance will remain on the card. Gift cards are not transferable and Elite Day Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase. All donated Elite Day Spa gift cards expire six months from the date of issue. Elite Day Spa reserves the right to exclude gift card redemption for promotional offers and discounts. All prices and Terms & Conditions are subject to change. By purchasing an Elite Day Spa gift card you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set forth by Elite Day Spa. No express or implied warranties apply.

Spa Products and Returns

In keeping with Elite Day Spa’s vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 14 days of purchase. For other retail items returned within 30 days of purchase, refunds will be issued as either spa credit or credit in the original form of payment received.
